Cocoa nibs

The divine nature of the cacao tree and its fruits is undeniable. The tree’s scientific name, Theobroma cacao, literally translates to “food of the gods.” Its seeds are dried and fermented to create cocoa beans, from which cocoa solids and butter are extracted to create that most beloved treat, chocolate.
