Ingredients
2 cups fresh cilantro leaves, and tender stems loosely packed
1 cup fresh mint, loosely packed
1 cup white onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon green chili pepper, minced
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons plain yogurt
Directions:
Prep Time: 15 mins
Total Time: 15 mins
Process all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy, not watery. Refrigerate up to a week.
