Yerba mate

Yerba mate (yer-bah mah-tay) is used to make a popular beverage known as mate in Argentina and neighboring areas, similar to tea or coffee. It comes from the South American rainforest holly tree that is native to subtropical South America in northeastern Argentina, Bolivia, southern Brazil, Uruguay and Paraguay.
