Mustard greens

Related to cabbage, kale and collard greens, mustard greens are as essential to Asian cooking as they are to southern U.S. cuisine. Though some cooks might find this lesser-known green daunting, the uber-healthy vegetable is deceptively simple to cook.   Mustard greens originated in the Himalayan region of India over 5,000 years ago.
