Yuca

Yuca is a woody shrub native to South America that is now widely grown throughout many parts of Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Yuca is especially popular because of its edible, starchy, tuberous root. Nigeria is the world's largest producer of yuca, and it's the third largest source of carbohydrates in the diets of humans.
